Prieskum zaznamenal ve\u013ek\u00fd \u00faspech a preto sme sa ho v minulom roku rozhodli zopakova\u0165 v \u010ceskej republike. Nov\u00e9ho prieskumu sa z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 1247 respondentov, mu\u017eov aj \u017eien v\u0161etk\u00fdch vekov\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch krajov \u010ceskej republiky.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Internet sa v priebehu posledn\u00fdch rokov stal neodmyslite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou na\u0161ich \u017eivotov. U\u017e d\u00e1vno sa dostal z kancel\u00e1ri\u00ed do dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed a z dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed vonku. Kaviarne preplnen\u00e9 \u013eu\u010fmi, ktor\u00ed namiesto rozpr\u00e1vania \u010detuj\u00fa a namiesto zdie\u013eania radost\u00ed so svojimi bl\u00edzkymi tv\u00e1rou tv\u00e1r to rad\u0161ej zavesia na Facebook. \u010ci sa n\u00e1m to p\u00e1\u010di alebo nie, internet je tu ako novodob\u00fd fenom\u00e9n, ktor\u00e9mu sa ka\u017ed\u00fd mus\u00ed prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V roku 2015 sme zrealizovali <a href=\"pre-e-shopy\/58-zrealizovali-sme-prieskum-nakupneho-spravania-slovakov-na-internete\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online prieskum<\/a> na presk\u00famanie spr\u00e1vania Slov\u00e1kov na internete. Prieskum <strong>zaznamenal ve\u013ek\u00fd \u00faspech<\/strong> a preto sme sa ho v minulom roku rozhodli zopakova\u0165 <strong>v \u010ceskej republike<\/strong>. Nov\u00e9ho prieskumu sa z\u00fa\u010dastnilo <strong>1247 respondentov, mu\u017eov aj \u017eien v\u0161etk\u00fdch vekov\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch krajov \u010ceskej republiky<\/strong>.<br \/>Cie\u013eom bolo zisti\u0165, <strong>ako sa \u010cesi na internete spr\u00e1vaj\u00fa<\/strong>, ko\u013eko \u010dasu tam tr\u00e1via, kde sa na\u0148 prip\u00e1jaj\u00fa a za ak\u00fdm \u00fa\u010delom. To, \u017ee internet je iba fenom\u00e9nom mlad\u00fdch u\u017e d\u00e1vno neplat\u00ed, aj ke\u010f najviac \u010dasu na \u0148om st\u00e1le str\u00e1via <strong>\u013eudia medzi 19 a 30 rokov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Internet ako m\u00fadre m\u00e9dium?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zistili sme, \u017ee najviac \u010cechov internet vyu\u017e\u00edva na <strong>vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed<\/strong>, v tesnom z\u00e1vese s vyu\u017eit\u00edm ako prostriedku komunik\u00e1cie, \u010di na z\u00e1bavu. V\u00fdnimku tvoria mlad\u00ed \u010cesi vo veku od 15 do 18 rokov, pre ktor\u00fdch je cie\u013e vyu\u017e\u00edvania internetu najm\u00e4<strong> komunik\u00e1cia<\/strong>, no ur\u010dite neodmietnu ani <strong>z\u00e1bavu<\/strong>, ktor\u00fa internet pon\u00faka.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vytl\u00e1\u010da notebook a pohodlie domova v\u0161ade dostupn\u00fd internet v smartf\u00f3ne?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na ot\u00e1zku z ak\u00e9ho zariadenia sa \u010cesi naj\u010dastej\u0161ie prip\u00e1jaj\u00fa na internet takmer polovica odpovedala <strong>notebook<\/strong>. O druh\u00fa prie\u010dku ob\u013e\u00fabenosti sa delia desktop a smartf\u00f3n a rebr\u00ed\u010dek uzatv\u00e1ra so siedmymi percentami tablet. Zistili sme v\u0161ak ve\u013ek\u00e9 rozdiely v pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch zariadeniach v s\u00favislosti s vekom respondentov. K\u00fdm star\u0161ie gener\u00e1cie s\u00fa vern\u00e9 najm\u00e4 desktopov\u00fdch po\u010d\u00edta\u010dom, v strednej vekovej gener\u00e1cii desktop ustupuje na \u00fakor notebooku a smartf\u00f3nu. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina mlad\u00fdch si fungovanie bez mobilu nevie ani predstavi\u0165. A\u017e 45% mlad\u00fdch \u010cechov do 18 rokov uviedlo pr\u00e1ve <strong>smartf\u00f3n<\/strong> ako naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00ed prostriedok prip\u00e1jania sa na internet. Predpokladajme teda, \u017ee do bud\u00facnosti m\u00f4\u017eeme o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 st\u00e1le v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu popularitu mobilov, ktor\u00e9 poskytuj\u00fa pripojenie kdeko\u013evek sa nach\u00e1dzame \u2013 koniec koncov, a\u017e 25% mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed do 18 rokov uviedlo, \u017ee sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie prip\u00e1jaj\u00fa na internet <strong>kdeko\u013evek v ter\u00e9ne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Soci\u00e1lnym sie\u0165am kra\u013euje Facebook<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soci\u00e1lne siete s\u00fa modern\u00fdm fenom\u00e9nom, ktor\u00fdch u\u017e\u00edvate\u013esk\u00e9 z\u00e1kladne sa ka\u017edou min\u00fatou zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161uj\u00fa. V \u010ceskej republike je pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho prieskumu len 7 % \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed nevyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa \u017eiadne soci\u00e1lne siete a to najm\u00e4 vo vekov\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ch 30 rokov a vy\u0161\u0161ie. V r\u00f4znych \u010dastiach sveta si \u013eudia ob\u013e\u00fabia r\u00f4zne soci\u00e1lne siete. M\u00f4\u017eeme napr\u00edklad spomen\u00fa\u0165 v Amerike ve\u013emi popul\u00e1rny Twitter, ktor\u00fd v\u0161ak v \u010ceskej republike, pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho prieskumu, pou\u017e\u00edva len 11% respondentov. Kr\u00e1\u013eom soci\u00e1lnych siet\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eeme smelo nazva\u0165 <strong>Facebook<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edva a\u017e 85% v\u0161etk\u00fdch op\u00fdtan\u00fdch. Druhou najpopul\u00e1rnej\u0161ou sie\u0165ou je v \u010ceskej republike sie\u0165 <strong>Google plus<\/strong>, ktor\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edva 38% op\u00fdtan\u00fdch respondentov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AKO \u010cESI NAKUPUJ\u00da CEZ INTERNET?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N\u00e1kupy cez internet nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t za rok<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho prieskumu nakupuje 53% \u010cechov na internete <strong>minim\u00e1lne nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t za rok<\/strong>. 3% uviedli, \u017ee nenakupuj\u00fa na e-shopoch v\u00f4bec \u2013 prekvapivo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z nich boli \u013eudia vo vekovej kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed od 15 do 18 rokov. To a e\u0161te ove\u013ea viac<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pod\u013ea prieskumu nakupuj\u00fa \u010cesi na internete naj\u010dastej\u0161ie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricemania.sk\/pocitace-a-kancelaria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">elektroniku<\/a> (62%), nasledovan\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricemania.sk\/oblecenie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">oble\u010den\u00edm<\/a> (39%). Ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9 je tie\u017e nakupovanie spotrebi\u010dov, kozmetiky a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricemania.sk\/knihy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kn\u00edh<\/a>, menej u\u017e hodiniek, n\u00e1bytku, filmov \u010di hudby. Asi v\u00e1s neprekvap\u00ed, \u017ee \u017eeny nakupuj\u00fa v ove\u013ea v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej miere oble\u010denie, kozmetiku a knihy ako mu\u017ei.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Referencie, parametre a cena \u2013 na tom predsa z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u013dudia si vyberaj\u00fa produkty na z\u00e1kladne r\u00f4znych individu\u00e1lnych krit\u00e9ri\u00ed. Najviac op\u00fdtan\u00fdch (38%) poklad\u00e1 za najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie krit\u00e9rium v\u00fdberu <strong>referencie od ostatn\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov<\/strong>. O nie\u010do menej d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 s\u00fa <strong>vlastnosti a parametre<\/strong> samotn\u00e9ho produktu (31%). \u010co z toho vypl\u00fdva? \u013dudia veria viac inform\u00e1ci\u00e1m uveden\u00fdch priamo spotrebite\u013emi ako t\u00fdm, ktor\u00e9 im poskytne predajca. Nesmieme v\u0161ak zab\u00fada\u0165 na cenu. A\u017e 19% op\u00fdtan\u00fdch poklad\u00e1 <strong>cenu<\/strong> za d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 krit\u00e9rium v\u00fdberu.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Porovn\u00e1va\u010de cien ako k\u013e\u00fa\u010d k vyh\u013ead\u00e1vaniu produktov<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cesk\u00e1 republika je zn\u00e1ma popularitou vyh\u013ead\u00e1va\u010da <strong>Seznam.cz<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd svojho \u010dasu por\u00e1\u017eal Google. Pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho prieskumu ho v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti vyu\u017e\u00edva na vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie produktu 13% respondentov. Vy\u0161\u0161ie percent\u00e1 dosiahol <strong>Google<\/strong> (40%), \u010di priama n\u00e1v\u0161teva ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9ho e-shopu (37%). Najpopul\u00e1rnej\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1strojom na vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie tovaru pred k\u00fapou s\u00fa pr\u00e1ve <strong>porovn\u00e1va\u010de cien<\/strong>. A\u017e 88% respondentov odpovedalo, \u017ee ich pri vyh\u013ead\u00e1van\u00ed produktu na internete pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa. Iba 2% sa vyjadrili, \u017ee \u017eiadne porovn\u00e1va\u010de cien nepoznaj\u00fa. Na \u010ceskom trhu je jednozna\u010dne najpou\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161\u00edm porovn\u00e1va\u010dom Heureka.cz. Okrem toho m\u00f4\u017eeme spomen\u00fa\u0165 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricemania.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pricemaniu.cz<\/a> a Zbozi.cz, ktor\u00e9 sa umiestnili v prieskume na druhom a tre\u0165om mieste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>E-SHOP \u2013 \u010cO V\u0160ETKO JE PRE \u010cECHOV D\u00d4LE\u017dIT\u00c9?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menej ako 3000 K\u010d mesa\u010dne.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">89% \u010cechov neminie za mesiac v e-shope viac ako <strong>3000 K\u010d<\/strong>. 48% zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch op\u00fdtan\u00fdch dokonca nezaplat\u00ed viac ako <strong>1000 K\u010d<\/strong>. Pod\u013ea \u010doho si ale vyberaj\u00fa e-shop na n\u00e1kup tovaru? Zistili sme, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u010cechov si vyber\u00e1 e-shop pod\u013ea viacer\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed s\u00fa\u010dasne, z ktor\u00fdch najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie s\u00fa <strong>cena, pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 ocenenia<\/strong> ako napr. Overen\u00fd obchod, <strong>zna\u010dka<\/strong> a na z\u00e1klade <strong>odporu\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> rodiny a priate\u013eov. V\u00fdnimku tvor\u00ed Praha, kde je najob\u013e\u00fabenej\u0161\u00ed osobn\u00fd odber. Bude to sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 pravdepodobne t\u00fdm, \u017ee v Prahe sa nach\u00e1dza ve\u013ea r\u00f4znych odbern\u00fdch miest, a tak \u013eudia nemaj\u00fa probl\u00e9m vyzdvihn\u00fa\u0165 si tovar sami. S t\u00fdm s\u00favis\u00ed aj preferovan\u00fd sp\u00f4sob platby Pra\u017eanov, ak\u00fdm je platenie v hotovosti pri prebrat\u00ed, \u010di predom kartou.
