Zrealizovali sme online prieskum, ktor\u00e9ho sa z\u00fa\u010dastnilo a\u017e 5 210 respondentov.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cie\u013eom bolo zisti\u0165, <strong>ako Slov\u00e1ci pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa internet vo v\u0161eobecnosti<\/strong> \u2013 ko\u013eko \u010dasu tu tr\u00e1via, na ak\u00e9 \u010dinnosti ho najviac vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa, ktor\u00e9 soci\u00e1lne siete pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa, ak\u00e9 zariadenia a miesta pripojenia preferuj\u00fa. Tie\u017e sme zis\u0165ovali, <strong>ak\u00e9 maj\u00fa n\u00e1kupn\u00e9 zvyklosti a preferencie v online nakupovan\u00ed<\/strong>. Najviac \u010dasu akt\u00edvne online pritom tr\u00e1via u\u017e\u00edvatelia vo veku 19 \u2013 30 rokov. Internet vyu\u017e\u00edvame najm\u00e4 ako zdroj inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, pri\u010dom na z\u00e1bavu a&nbsp;komunik\u00e1ciu ho prim\u00e1rne pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 mlad\u0161\u00ed. Napriek tomu, \u017ee \u201emobilujeme furt a&nbsp;v\u0161ade\u201d, prieskum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee niet nad pohodlie domova, z&nbsp;ktor\u00e9ho sa prip\u00e1ja a\u017e 68,5 % \u013eud\u00ed, a&nbsp;to hlavne prostredn\u00edctvom notebooku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na ktor\u00fdch soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach sme akt\u00edvni?<\/strong> Tu je na\u0161\u00edm najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm favoritom jednozna\u010dne Facebook, ktor\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edva 76,53 % v\u0161etk\u00fdch internetov\u00fdch u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov. Druhou najvyu\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161ou sie\u0165ou je Google+ so 40,31 % akt\u00edvnymi u\u017e\u00edvate\u013emi. Ostatn\u00e9 soci\u00e1lne siete, ak\u00fdmi s\u00fa napr\u00edklad Instagram \u010di Pinterest, vo ve\u013ekej miere vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 nie s\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina spotrebite\u013eov nakupuje online aspo\u0148 nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t ro\u010dne.<\/strong> 55,93 % z toho uskuto\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1kup na internete pr\u00e1ve nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t za rok a&nbsp;o&nbsp;\u010dosi \u010dastej\u0161ie \u2013 nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t do mesiaca nak\u00fapi online 35,05 % \u013eud\u00ed. P\u00e1rkr\u00e1t do t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a tak sprav\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd dvadsiaty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elektronika, oble\u010denie, spotrebi\u010de.<\/strong> To s\u00fa top 3 najnakupovanej\u0161ie kateg\u00f3rie tovarov na internete. Nie je asi ni\u010d nezvy\u010dajn\u00e9, \u017ee pr\u00e1ve <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pricemania.sk\/katalog\/pocitace-a-kancelaria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">elektroniku<\/a>, spotrebi\u010de a&nbsp;filmy s&nbsp;hudbou nakupuj\u00fa viac mu\u017ei ako \u017eeny. A&nbsp;to a\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobne! Pri <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pricemania.sk\/katalog\/oblecenie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">oble\u010den\u00ed<\/a> a&nbsp;kozmetike je to zas presne naopak. Ak sa na n\u00e1kupy pozrieme z&nbsp;\u00fazemn\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska, po elektronike, spotrebi\u010doch, knih\u00e1ch a&nbsp;kozmetike je najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed dopyt v&nbsp;Bratislavskom kraji. Na v\u00fdchode je zas v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1ujem o&nbsp;oble\u010denie, hodinky a&nbsp;\u0161perky (najviac v Pre\u0161ovskom kraj) a&nbsp;n\u00e1bytok (v&nbsp;Ko\u0161ickom kraji).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hranica 100 \u20ac.<\/strong> V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z n\u00e1s minie na n\u00e1kupy cez internet do 100 \u20ac mesa\u010dne, pri\u010dom najviac \u2013 a to a\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd online nakupuj\u00faci \u2013 tu nech\u00e1 priemerne do 50 \u20ac mesa\u010dne. Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch hodnot\u00e1ch, od 50 do 100 \u20ac za mesiac nakupuje presn\u00e1 tretina. Aj ke\u010f iba v\u00fdnimo\u010dnej\u0161ie, no predsa sa n\u00e1jdu aj tak\u00ed, ktor\u00ed mesa\u010dne min\u00fa viac ako 400 \u20ac. T\u00ed tvoria pribli\u017ene 1% nakupuj\u00facich. Z&nbsp;prieskumu tie\u017e vyplynulo, \u017ee viac m\u00ed\u0148aj\u00fa mu\u017ei ako \u017eeny. \u010ci to je sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 t\u00fdm, \u017ee nakupuj\u00fa drah\u0161ie tovary ako \u017eeny (elektronika, spotrebi\u010de) alebo t\u00fdm, \u017ee \u017eeny viac m\u00ed\u0148aj\u00fa v&nbsp;kamenn\u00fdch obchodoch, to u\u017e m\u00f4\u017eeme iba dedukova\u0165. Priamo v&nbsp;konkr\u00e9tnom e-shope vyh\u013ead\u00e1va 29,12 % nakupuj\u00facich. Toto rozhodnutie z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed najm\u00e4 od toho, o&nbsp;ak\u00fd druh tovaru ide. Pri kupovan\u00ed elektroniky h\u013ead\u00e1me hlavne na porovn\u00e1va\u010doch cien (63 %), ak ide o&nbsp;tovary z&nbsp;kateg\u00f3rie oble\u010denie, spoliehame sa viac na Google. Medzi porovn\u00e1va\u010dmi s\u00fa jednozna\u010dn\u00fdmi l\u00eddrami Heureka.sk a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pricemania.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pricemania.sk<\/a>, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edva a\u017e 84,99 % nakupuj\u00facich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Najhlavnej\u0161ie krit\u00e9rium v\u00fdberu produktov nie je cena.<\/strong> Mo\u017eno by ste si mysleli, \u017ee pre Slov\u00e1kov pri v\u00fdbere produktov hr\u00e1 najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161iu \u00falohu pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1. No prekvapivo, najviac \u013eud\u00ed h\u013ead\u00ed pri v\u00fdbere pr\u00e1ve na recenzie (58,58 %). Tie s\u00fa najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edm krit\u00e9riom pri k\u00fape kn\u00edh, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pricemania.sk\/katalog\/biela-technika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">spotrebi\u010dov<\/a>, kozmetiky, filmov a&nbsp;hudby \u010di elektroniky. Cena v\u0161ak st\u00e1le ost\u00e1va d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 a&nbsp;zauj\u00edma hne\u010f druh\u00fa prie\u010dku (55,12&nbsp;%). Do tretice s\u00fa pri v\u00fdbere, samozrejme, d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 aj vlastnosti a&nbsp;parametre produktov pri v\u00fdbere (49,23 %).<\/p>\n<p><strong>A&nbsp;pod\u013ea \u010doho si vyber\u00e1me e-shop?<\/strong> Viac ako polovica nakupuj\u00facich (52,26 %) sa rozhoduje, v ktorom e-shope uskuto\u010dn\u00ed svoj n\u00e1kup pr\u00e1ve na z\u00e1klade ceny. Na zna\u010dku a&nbsp;meno na trhu sa pri v\u00fdbere pozer\u00e1 40,27 %. V&nbsp;Bratislavskom kraji je v\u0161ak v\u00fdrazne najrozhoduj\u00facej\u0161\u00edm faktorom to, \u010di m\u00e1 dan\u00fd e-shop aj mo\u017enos\u0165 osobn\u00e9ho odberu. Z&nbsp;prieskumu tie\u017e vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee \u017eeny d\u00e1vaj\u00fa na odpor\u00fa\u010dania a&nbsp;reklamu viac ako mu\u017ei. Pre t\u00fdch m\u00e1 zas v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu v\u00e1hu mo\u017enos\u0165 osobn\u00e9ho odberu \u010di ocenenie dan\u00e9ho e-shopu (napr. Overen\u00fd obchod).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Po\u0161ta \u010di kuri\u00e9r?<\/strong> Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie si objednan\u00fd tovar nech\u00e1vame doru\u010di\u0165 kuri\u00e9rmi (63,21 %), s v\u00fdnimkou Bratislavsk\u00e9ho kraja. Tu je najpreferovanej\u0161\u00ed osobn\u00fd odber, \u010do je sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 aj st\u00e1le vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtom dostupn\u00fdch odbern\u00fdch miest.
